This is a truly inspirational cookbook! All the recipes I’ve tried have been very easy to prepare, and the ingredients are usually available everywhere. Hungarian mushroom soup is one of my favorites, and I haven’t had it for years. I’m glad you mentioned it because I’ve been wanting to try her version…
